CathNode is a medical device startup venture born out of a senior year capstone project in

which students were tasked with this problem statement: "Personal medical devices suck."

We asked nursing majors in our radius to describe their woes to us, and found that urine

output monitoring was a huge issue. Thus I designed and animated 3D visualizations for

3D printing and presentation materials alike of an automated urine output monitor.
